Chouette séjour en famille pour voir notre fils en stage à Bruxelles Positive: La proximité du par du cinquantenaire, la propreté des lieux, la cuisine et la présence de capsules pour le café Negative: La salle de bain commune avec le wc à l’intérieur mais on le savait ! Cependant il y en a deux et cela permettait de se débrouiller.

My Haus is well located, modern and clean but disappointing compared to its description Positive: My Haus is competitively priced versus staying in a hotel and it is well located for the European Commission area. The booking process was efficient. The security and keys was straightforward. The local amenities, in particular restaurants and supermarkets, are good. The shared spaces and private spaces were clean and orderly. Negative: The photos are flattering to the actual space and feel of the place, which I understand as the owner wants to make a good impression. But therefore a bit of a disappointment. The stairs in the room we had (Room 4) are not very safe because they are so steep. You can’t walk down them forwards. You need to walk backwards as if you are descending a ladder. The descriptions of the facilities and contents are not always accurate. There were limited free toiletries, for example. But that wouldn’t have mattered if things like the ironing board and iron worked. The iron leaked. The ironing board wouldn’t stand up. The kitchen was missing some basic things like dish cloths to dry up clean items and a saucepan large enough to cook a medium sized meal for two people.

Very well positioned but needs some thought to go into the checkin system to avoid stress to all guests, as well as how Positive: Very well located. The common kitchen area was great Negative: As there was no staff in attendance, people ring the bell until guests open. I had a look at the information they had to check in and some steps were missing. This resulted in huge frustration on their side. Note the booking in question was not Booking.com. I would recommend a review of the communication. Also, some guests (including myself) seemed surprised that the bathroom was shared. This was for me not a huge issue - BUT I left my razor in the bathroom and it was taken I think when cleaning happened. Please review a system for lost property - it was an expensive razor and meant I needed to find a razor in the morning just before a very important conference,
