Perfectly located and so comfortable Positive: The location is so close to everything. For attending a conference in the European Commission was the perfect choice. Besides the kitchen is so well equipped you can get coffee and cook your stuff, it was my first time in Brussels and I will certainly come back to this place. Negative: Nothing, everything was great

Ziemlich gut, aber noch nicht ganz perfekt. Positive: Das Haus ist von außen und innen sehr gut renoviert, selbst der Blick in den Hinterhof. Das ist ungewöhnlich gut nach meinen bisherigen Brüssel-Erfahrungen. Im Gemeinschaftsraum waren Kaffeekapseln, das war gut. Negative: Das TV ist nur zum Erweitern des eigenen Handystreamens. Kabel- oder SAT-Anschluss wären schon schön bei dem Preis. Das Teilen des Bades ist je für zwei Zimmer. Sind die nur mit je einer Person belegt, ist das ok. Auch die Bäder sind aber sehr gut renoviert und sehr sauber. Ein kleiner Spiegel auf dem Zimmer und vielleicht wenigstens ein Bild an der Wand wären aber eine Verbesserung. Eine Beschilderung am Haupteingang würde den Gesamteindruck noch optimieren.

Positive: Check-in process was easy, you'll receive all the information in a message beforehand. Location is convenient if you have things to do in the Schuman area. Probably one of the cheapest options you'll get there. Negative: Pretty small room with shared bathroom (with one other room). There is also a common area on the ground floor but I didnt use it. Equipment rather minimalistic - there was just one almost empty roll of toilet paper in the bathroom for example. It can be quite noisy from inside the house, depending on the other guests.
